My Workforce Future is a nonprofit whose mission is to transform lives by connecting individuals to essential training, advanced upskilling opportunities, and hands-on work experiences, all tailored to meet the unique needs of participants, employers and our communities in Bowling Green and South Central Kentucky.

Employer-Driven Skills

Our programs focus on skills and certifications that are in high demand, such as First Aid, OSHA-10, and workplace soft skills. These credentials not only make participants job-ready but also give them a competitive edge in the workforce.

Targeted Support for Overcoming Barriers

The Work-Ready Bootcamps and YourTern internships are designed to address the unique challenges faced by individuals with employment barriers (youth, veterans and reentry) equippong participants with the tools they need to succeed.

Bridging Education to Employment

Whether it’s helping a young person transition from school to the workforce or supporting reentry individuals in building a new career path, our programs connect training directly to job opportunities. The YourTern internships, in particular, create invaluable pathways for veterans to transition into civilian careers with purpose and confidence.

Community & Employer Collaboration

We work closely with local employers, community organizations, and support networks to ensure our participants are not only trained but also placed into meaningful roles. This partnership approach ensures that the skills learned in our programs align with actual job market demands, making our participants job-ready and in demand.
