Military Service Members bring unmatched discipline and skills to the table, and YourTern is our innovative internship program designed to help them transition smoothly into civilian careers.
Geared towards active-duty Service Members within 180 days of their Estimated Time of Separation (ETS), this program aims to empower and prepare them for a successful post-service career transition in Bowling Green and South Central Kentucky.
An officially approved Army Career Skills Program (CSP), YourTern connects Service Members with purposeful work experiences, honoring their service and helping build their futures.
